Our Fees
Concord West Rhodes Preschool is funded under the Start Strong Funding Model as part of the preschool funding package for preschools to allow 4 and 5 year old children, as well as children from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island and low-low income families, access minimum 15 hours to Early Childhood Education per week
Based on the eligibility criteria our fees are scheduled as follows • Children must be at least 4 years old on or before the 31st July in that preschool year or • Eligible 3 years old children (Equity children - i.e. from a family holding a low income Health Care Card; Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island children; disability inclusion).

8:00am - 3:30pm
Under the Start Strong for Community Preschools Program eligible families will receive up to 15 hours of Fee Relief Funding per week to support 3-5 year old children, as well as children from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island and low income families to access early childhood education.
Families who sign a Fee Relief Declaration Form to nominate our preschool to receive Fee Relief will be eligible for FR (reduced fees) for Monday and Tuesday, however families that do not nominate us will pay the full fee of $57.00 per day. Low-income families will pay $30.00 per day and 3-year-old children pay 65.00 per day.

Families who sign a Fee Relief Declaration Form to nominate our preschool will receive Fee Relief and reduce their fees; however, families that do not nominate us will pay the full fees of $57 per day. Low-income families will pay $30.00 per day, and 3-year-old children pay $65.00 per day.
The full amount of funding received is applied over 4 terms, the parent pays the gap fee (outstanding amount). If the funding covers the full fees (mainly equity rate) then the parent does not pay

Additional Information
Our preschool is opened for approximately 40 weeks per year and families are billed over four terms for approximately 10 to 11 weeks per instalment.
Fee statements are sent to each family during the second week of each school holidays break and are due and payable by Week 3. In the event that a family decides to terminate their enrolment prior to the end of the year, we will refund the unused fees paid - 2 weeks' notice must be given (as per our Fees Policy). Parents have the option of a payment plan which is set out to be paid fortnightly or in monthly instalments - see the Director or Administrator for more information.
Parents are not charged for public holidays or for the pupil free days at the beginning or end of the year. Parents are advised that there is no discount for sick days or when a family is away on holidays. Parents are charged for two weeks fees from the day notice is given when they withdraw their child from the pre-school.
